Both married and raising young families—Anand has a son named Tristan and a daughter named Alexa, and James with a son named William. James brings a wealth of experience in marketing and communications, having worked for a consulting firm and several real estate companies, where he honed his skills in customer engagement and brand development. Anand, on the other hand, has a strong business background, having worked at Giant Tiger and Blackberry.
